Just can’t say enough great things about this restaurant. We ate there 5 nights in a row and were looked after beautifully by Christian and the team. These Meals were a highlight of our stay and made us feel very welcome. The chef is amazing! The service is impeccable. Every dish we tried was superb. Really an impressive place. Located perfectly to one of a bay. Very good and friendly and service-oriented staff. The food lasts well beyond what you can expect in a small bay in Croatia. Everything was very tasty and good from olive oil to dessert. Real place to recommendeven if it is not cheap.

We had a Romantik Dinner by the water with my wife. This is the Right Place to experience it with unbeatable dishes and views. Service was excellent and we had A delicious octopus as starter followed by an unbeatable lamb and very tasteful sea-bass. To round up the experience the chocolate soufflé is one of the best we had. Of course this does not come for free but definitely worth every penny. Strongly recommend.

Having spent most of the day on a boat, our skipper brought us to Zori; WOW! The location is a picture perfect bay looking out onto the Adriatic with Vis island in the distance. we were fortunate to have the place to ourselves but Martin, our waiter, was still fantastic. As it was out of season, the fact they managed to serve anything fresh was something of an achievement. The Steak Tartare was the best we have ever experienced (the meat comes from Wales apparently). The chef, forgot his name, was so interesting and each dish has story behind it. If you are anywhere near Hvar, you must try this fine dining in paradise cove!!

We came to celebrate a friends 50th birthday and Martin (our waiter) went out of his way to make the night as special as possible. It was a fantastic evening, the food is spectacular and the service is above and beyond. We really appreciate Martin and the team at Zori for making our night so special.

Explosion of flavors with every bite. Highly recommend food. I loved the sea food tasting menu. Every single bite was to die for. The tasting menu is for 135 euros which is not cheap yet worth it indeed. The waiter Ante, was very attentive, recommended the right wine to pair, knew when I needed a break, was professional and not pushy. The view is beautiful yet that’s probably the pickiness of the location. I ate everything that was served to me. I tried not to have the bread and dips to save space but I couldn’t resist. Everything is just yum. Thank you Chef!

What a gorgeous spot! The view for lunch is something out of a magazine, and the staff is so kind. They pick you up in a tender, and even bring umbrellas for everyone (it was raining while we were there). The signature drinks were all great; our group of 6 tried quite a few of them. We got the tartar and the buffalo burrata for apps. SO good! I got the grilled octopus and the wife got the lobster tortelli. Both were fantastic. We want to come back when the weather is better!

The location of this restaurant was fantastic. What a special evening, arriving by private taxi and sitting down to a bottle of Croatian wine. The food was good…not great, just good. A little bit of a shame given the hype and prices. Our waiter Martin didn’t miss a beat, he was there to recommend dishes and wine and they complemented each other perfectly. I think my meal choices weren’t as good as my husbands as he was very happy with his…the tuna tartar and the octopus with chorizo and sweet potato. I must admit, I tried both and they were lovely. When it came to the calamari and the fish special of the day, the calamari was tough and the fish was underdone in the middle. A bit of a shame but the location made up for it!

This was excellent experience and I recomend this restaurant to all that appreciate quality food and wine. Although, not cheap, what is expected from such a quality resultant. One of the best restaurant in Dalmatia imho. We’ll come again for sure.

We went there the day before we got married in Hvar. Got a speedboat from Hvar which was around 10 minutes. The food was amazing and the waiter was very friendly. We had 2 courses and they were both delicious

We experienced a wonderful lunch at Zori. The mussels were the best I have ever eaten. The broth was flavorful and the mussels were meaty and satisfying. We shared the tuna tartar and the watermelon, feta and ricotta salad. Nummy!!! The salad was artfully presented with the homemade ricotta as a smooth base; almost looked like a meringue albeit a soft one, with the fruit on top. Also had dried watermelon bits on it. Fantastic. I also had the sea bass which was delicious. All of this with an unbeatable view along with a Grgic Posip. I would highly recommend this excellent restaurant!

I think this is by far best restaurant in Palmizana. Its interior design is fantastic, fresh cut flowers all around, and the food is absolutely amazing.

This restaurant is truly one of the best. Whatever food you imagine and want, you get it in the best look and taste. The atmosphere is pleasant and refined. High level staff. The terrace is right by the sea. We've been coming back here for about 15 years and we will again. Great place to eat in exceptional comfort.

We loved our lunches there. The food is a fine dinning, stunning and very relaxing summer setting. We had such a sweet waiter for 2 days in the row, he remembered what we ordered the previous day. And he even arranged two course for me half/half portions as sometimes I have problems with choosing: )) Very handy that we left our rental boat at their jetty.

I was due to get married in July this year at zori restruant. Unfortunately, due to the covid 19 pandemic, I was unable to get over to Croatia. Iva and her team at zori restruant were very professional and understanding, very nice to deal with. They resold my tables and offered me a full refund as I couldn't commit to the following year for a wedding. Iva was honest and transferred my full amount for my wedding. Very professional and will hopefully get to re book my wedding at a later date. Great customer service. Thank you

We turned up on a Sunday night unexpected. Luckily a table set away from the rest had just been vacated so we grabbed it. Food was very good and everything enjoyed their meals. Although a little pricey we all enjoyed ourselves here and would recommend.

The adventure starts when you have to take a water taxi to Zori. It is actually not so close to Hvar, but the view and the food are very much worth the while. We had two excellent starters with a special performance for the octopus salad. The seabass with mashed potatoes was also very good. Wines by the glass went very well alongside the dishes and the deserts were delicious. The view is amazing, particularly at sunset with the boats coming and going. The more unpredictable and adventurous part of the experience was to get a taxi to go back to Hvar old town. If it had cost us 200 Kuna to get there, on the way back it cost 400 Kuna with transportation ordered by the restaurant, the only way we thought we could leave the place. But the trip back to Hvar was safe and quick and, altogether, the program was very very much worthwhile.

Zori was pointed out to us by some other sailors and we were glad to have followed their recommendation. Having travelled extensively across Croatia, during multiple sailing trips this restaurant was simply THE best. Yes, it comes at London or Paris price level and has to be rated to be on the high side of what one can and should charge for a decent meal. But on balance me must say it was well worth it: - Our fluent English and German speaking waiter Martin was taking good care of us and very attentive to our needs - The food came in relative small portions but had finesse, with very balanced taste - The tuna steak and also beef (prepared as tagliata) were of superior quality - The wine menu extensive, whereby so exclusive in parts that we found some prices simply prohibitive / a no-go - Local wines were affordable and good in taste - The view with us set just fantastic - Unfortunately the bay appears to be completely packed with sailing boats every evening, even later in the season, but this should be a reason not to come here (just make a reservation for mooring in advance) Compliments to Zrinka, the manager, for obviously maintaining the high reputation that this place appears to have earned of the last 70 years of existence. There is a spirit about this place one can feel and see. Attention to detail in style and staff are all well trained and appear proud and happy to be working here. Excellent service combined with a high standard of cooking are the recipe that always works. Please keep up the good standard. And please do not go over the top with prices, knowing full well of course that a place of such high standard does of course have its costs and there justifies a higher pricing level. We look forward to visit again. Unfortunately only when we are on our sailing holidays and in the area.

We arrived by boat and having made a reservation were seated overlooking the bay. A wonderful setting and position which is quiet and relaxing. The waiters were excellent and very informative, but they struggled to cope with our daughter who is vegan. (We did check on booking that they were aware and could provide a menu for her) As usual she ended up with salad, fries and bread, which was standard in most restaurants in Croatia. So this was disappointing. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our meal, eating fish and pasta. The cocktails it has to be said were superb. Overall a good experience, but not exceptional. It is not cheap but worth the visit for the location the experience and the service.

The restaurant is positioned right on top of the beach/marina in Palmizana beach where friendly staff will help you mourn the boat. That’s the only way to arrive at this restaurant. The food was well presented and delicious. We had mussels and scampi on ‘buzara’ and fresh fish grilled and then skilfully filleted by staff at the table. Every meal was beautifully presented and the service was outstanding - friendly and efficient, multilingual staff. The venue is perfect with every table having a view of the turquoise water bay. Heavenly.

Amazing food. the truffle pasta and the lobster were both fantastic. Wine was also phenomenal as was dessert. As good as the food was the service was one level above. Ante B. was the best waiter who made the whole experience even more worthwile. Definitely worth the visit :)

We came yesterday afternoon in the bay and wanted to have drinks. First the boy at the dock was amazing - helped us with the boat and was very friendly. The waiter (Ante) gave us the possibility to choose where to sit in the lounge area because we only wanted drinks. After the drinks, we decided to have lunch & got a table immediately. We ate fish, tuna steak, fish fillet... Food was very tasty and nicely served. Love the way tuna is prepared, with sesame seeds and curry rice. Also the little macaroons that we got for free were tasty & cute. Our waiter was very nice and friendy and attentative. Everything was perfect, the food, the service, the view. It is not cheap and that is perfectly fine. If you want cheap, there are other options you can choose from. You are not buying drinks and food here, you are paying for the experience and it's worth it. Thanks to everyone from the restaurant for making our day on Pakleni islands perfect. Hvala :)

My wife surprised me with a visit to Zori restaurant as a late birthday present. They had made a reservation for her at the most perfect seafront table for two. Our waiter "Matt" (I think..) was perfect. Friendly and very good service. We had the seafood taste menu with their wine reccomendations, one of the most tasty meals we have had. Yes it may be a bit on the pricy side compared to other croatian restaurants, but in our opinion absolutely worth every kuna. Perfect atmosphere, location and service. We really couldn't have been happier with our choice of Zori as the venue for our wedding reception this summer. From the outset we found PR Manager Zrinka to be professional, extremely helpful and very responsive and everything was fully arranged well before the actual event. We opted for Zori's wedding package which actually exceeded our expectations and wowed our very happy guests. Zrinka had made the table look beautiful and the food and service was simply fantastic. We very recently got married in Croatia and had our wedding reception at Zori. We could not have picked a better location around hvar, it was absolutely stunning, the views really are breathtaking. The staff (Zrinka and guys) at Zori can not do enough for you, they are so helpful and kind throughout the entire process. They really made us relaxed through the planning part! Didn’t have any worries and we didn’t even go out there before. We went to Zori just a couple of days before our wedding to taste all the food that was going to be served on the platters; from the moment we stepped off the boat, the staff were so welcoming and brought a calming presence to us that really put us at ease. This made us even more excited for our wedding day! The food and wine on the day were exceptional. All of our guests remarked on how the food was the “best wedding food” they’d tasted. They loved the staff, had so many lovely comments about how they were very well looked after. Apart from the food and drinks - the reception was amazing! The dj was great- played exactly what we wanted and no body really left the dance floor! We didn’t want it to end. Such a fabulous atmosphere! The table decorations and generally all over the restaurant was beautiful. The attention to detail that was put in was fantastic. We couldn’t have asked to have our reception in a more beautiful place. Lots of People said it was the best wedding they had ever been to! We will take home many many memories from this amazing place. We would highly recommend anyone to this location. You would not regret it! Greg & Olivia xx

We stopped here for lunch while docked in the bay when we rented a small motor boat for the day. The restaurant is clearly quite high end, is well presented and has a great view of the bay. I had the tuna with a saffron rice cake which looked great but was a little under-seasoned - though I added some salt and it was lovely. My boyfriend had the octopus and enjoyed it. Our waiter was friendly and helpful and the standard of service was high. We had an aperol spritz which was okay and a few glasses of rose. My only criticism is the price - its a well presented bay-front restaurant on an island, so you expect the prices to be a bit higher. Our mains were around 140kn/£20 which is fine, but we were charged 10kn for bread (no-where else we’ve been to in Hvar/ Brac/ Split charges for bread) and 70kn/ £8 for a bottle of still water which seemed excessive. Its still a lovely restaurant and the food/ service were great, but I’d recommend Toto’s across the road if you don’t want to splash the cash.

We had lunch there after hiring a boat for the day. I would recommend it, great location, great views and good wine and food menu. It wasn’t busy which was surprising but I believe July/August are the busiest months here.

We had dinner here with friends - the food was first class, the wines lovely. We basically tried everything on the menu, all the warm starters were amazing, best was the St Jacques. We tried the sea bass - both from the menu and from the fresh pile, had tuna, octopus, all was beautifully prepared and presented. The desserts were delicious: tiramisu, lemon tart, soufflé - all good The two best things though were our server (Kiki) and the view of the bay.

My husband Simon and I got married 27thMay 2019 in St Marks and held our Reception at Zori on the Pakleni Islands. We were very impressed throughout the wedding planning process and cannot recommend Zori and the management team in particular Zrinka Prcela highly enough whom was always incredibly helpful and quick to answer our questions. We thought the price per person was reasonable and more importantly there were also no hidden costs. On the day our guests were blown away by the quality of food and level of service and loved the fun informal party atmosphere in the evening. Also worth mentioning the DJ included in the package was excellent and didn’t stray from our playlist. Unfortunately, it actually rained on our wedding day which was out of character for the time of year but Zori made the inside space look beautiful and we were very happy and had a great Wedding Day. We cannot recommend Zori highly enough and will definitely be visiting in the future.

We held our wedding at Zori 3 weeks ago and had the most wonderful time. The flowers and food were perfect and great quality and exactly what we asked for. All of our guest commented on the quality of the amazing decorations and food. Planning our reception with Zrinka was an absolute pleasure. She was always really friendly and helpful and made sure the day went as we planned - even when it rained. We would highly recommend holding your wedding reception at Zori as the setting, decorations, food and general organisation were perfect! Thank you Zrinka and the Zori team for a fabulous day and lots of lovely memories!

Great service, fabulous location, the only option, but everything was very expensive. 200 Kuna for a burger with chips $AUD 50 is way over the top.

The Zori Restaurant in Vinogradice Bay, Palmizana Island had been recommended to us so on-route sailing from Vis Island to Brac Island we stopped for lunch & we were not disappointed. The Carpaccio of tuna was amazing, the salmon & the filet of beef was also superb. Our waiter also the sommelier he was excellent, we chose the BIRE, GRK white wine which we loved. To summarize we had great food, complimented by a wonderful wine, with excellent service in an amazing location what more could you want, I am certain that we will return one day.

We took a water taxi from Hvar for dinner, and were really impressed with the experience from start to finish. Beautiful setting overlooking a picturesque little harbor. We had the seafood tasting menu, and the food was fantastic (especially the marinated tuna), as were the wine pairings. Add in top notch service, and it made for a perfect evening. As mentioned in other reviews, if you’re coming from Hvar for dinner, be aware that you’ll have to arrange a private water taxi, as the regular ones stop running after 7pm. Zori is well worth the effort and expense, though, and the view of the stars on the ride back will take your breath away.

No restaurant in Croatia came close to the personal service, attention to detail, taste, & scenery that ZORI offers. Whether it was the wonderful beach front location (accessible by boat,) or the great staff, or the fantastic food/wine pairings... everything in this place WORKS! The food & wine took us through an adventure of flavors never leaving you wanting more, I.E. the portions are large. We opted for the tasting menu which unlike traditional menus only offers a small bite. At Zori however each course was substantial in its size, flavor, and uniqueness. Opt for a nice bottle of champagne to start (even the cheapest bottle is good.) All and All a MUST visit.

My partner took me to dinner here to celebrate my birthday, and it couldn't have been better. A short, high speed boat ride from Hvar sees you approach the restaurant from a beautiful harbour, and you are looked after impeccably from the moment you arrive. The food cannot be faulted, the wine list is excellent, and the staff knowledgable about both. The atmosphere is refined but not stuffy. Amazing.

This cute spot on Palmazina is worth the trip. It was one of the best meals in Croatia. We had rented a boat for the day and this place was highly recommended/where we stopped for lunch. The ambiance is great - overlooks the water, lovely setting. Everyone loved their food, which is probably the most important thing. We tried seafood risotto, truffle pasta, and the grilled scampi, among other things. The grilled scampi was amazingly sweet. The waiter was friendly and attentive. Lunch with drinks was about 600 kuna/90$ a person. Definitely worth the effort.

I don’t think I have ever given 5 stars ever but Zori with its magnificent view, great food and wine list deserves it. We were yachting and couldn’t get a buoy in the bay in front of the restaurant so went to the next inlet west and anchored in 10metres. Zori picked us up in their courtesy boat and took us to the restaurant. It helped that the night was perfect - a gentle breeze blowing and stars etc etc. We came here in 2013 and if anything they have improved! Service great thank you Martin.

We booked a dinner at Zori when staying in Hvar. The service was great, attentive and professional. The atmosphere of the place, quiet & by the sea was also very nice. The starters (especially the bruscheta) were awesome but we were disappointed with the sides we ordered for our fish, especially the side salad which consisted of bitter lettuce&tomato. A few words on the transfer from Hvar - the ‘taxi boat‘ is a shared boat service, which operates at given times up to approx. 18.30 & cost 60-70kn return. This is a good option for lunch at Zori but it doesn’t work for dinner & it was not made clear to us even when we asked Zori about transfer options. We had to take a private transfer at 500kn return, which was quite an extra cost to add to our 1500kn dinner bill for 2.

Great location in bay, the most beautifull island in Croatia. The interiors, and atmosphere are great. Very romantic place. Food very nice, we had scampi from grill and tuna steak just amazing. Really good place for romantic dinner

It's a beautiful 15 minute boat ride to Zori and well worth it. The food is very good, atmosphere excellent, service beyond reproach, and an overall a memorable experience. Do not miss it if you are in Havr. You can easily rent a boat or you can take a ferry.

Best meal we had in Croatia! And superb service. Staff is very good on wines. Also know allergies very well, so no trouble eating gluten free and still having a 5 star 3 course meal. My wife had hamburger and chocolate suffle, both very very good. I had the fish soup (ok+), sea bass (SUPERB!) and chefs dessert (also SUPERB!). All followed by excellent wines recomended by our waiter. Wish I could go back every week! The price should not scare you away. We paid under 1000 for everything. Well worth it! By far our best lunch - even meal - in Croatia (during two weeks).

It was very nice to get the chance to return to Zori with good friends who we had primed to expect something special based on our previous visit. Thankfully they delivered a flawless meal, the service was great and in this setting it is hard to beat. Yes it is a bit more expensive than the average Konoba so if you don't want to spend the money go somewhere else. We really enjoy the simplicity Dalmatian food in small Konoba's but it's definitely nice to put a clean shirt on and have a bit of luxury for a night.

Attentive host, spectacular fish tasting menu, with wines to compliment! They even allowed us to take a break between courses to enjoy another couple of drinks and let the first two courses settle! Prolonged the amazing experience and would recommend to Anyone for a special occasion!

Just a superb experience from start to finish. We were served by an amazing waiter, Christian. I highly recommend this restaurant. One small note for us women, no need to wear heels. Getting in and off the boat is more convenient in flats !

In the tiny island of Palmizana, almost immediately getting out of the boat on the other side of the Marina, the restaurant is elegant and cool. Immediately giving a very nice relaxation feeling. The service is really good, with nice, professional and smiling people. The food is very good (salads & meat) and the deserts are a piece of heaven. We recommend it to all the travellers !

Located on an island 10- 15 minutes by boat from Hvar Town, this restaurant is worth a visit. It's a little bit expensive, but food, wine and service makes up for it. The truffle pasta appetizer and chocolate soufflé was amazing!

We stopped here as part of our Caves Boat tour, and the scallops were amazing! Then the beef burger was great, served w fries. And we also had a fantastic Croatian version of Amaretto sour—which was mixed with orange instead of the typical lemon. Highly recommend this place!

We were a group of 8 cruising around the Croatian Islands and Zori was hands down the best restaurant we visited. Our Waiter Christian was amazing... he was professional, knowledgeable about the menu and friendly. He added greatly to our dining experience. The entire group loved all the courses however the service provided by Christian made everything seem even better. I highly recommend visiting Zori... yes it's expensive so if you don't want to pay for the wonderful food and excellent service then best to keep going, rather than write a review complaining about the price.

Very good service, excellent food with local connections. Amazing view over the bay. Can really recomend this fine-dine restaurant.

What a lovely restaurant!!! We came onto the island mid afternoon from a tour. There’s only a few spots to dine and it was IMPOSSIBLE to be served anywhere. We ended up eating at Zori & it made our day. Excellent service with a great waiter. We had a lovely glass of local red wine. I had the truffle pasta - melted in my mouth. Simply stunning!!!! I’m not one for dessert but we were enjoying the view and the main so much I ended up choosing the soufflé.... absolutely delicious. Couldn’t fault this place. Views are amazing. Ambience is chilled but classy.

We are sailing for 3 weeks in the Adria and occasionally go on shore to confirm that off shore is better - but Zori is worth visiting twice and also spending a day in the bay. Fantastic food, service and environment. Reserve a table in advance for 20:00 - then the day visitors in other restaurants are gone and the whole bay is quieter.

We stopped off at the Zori Restaurant (Hvar Island) for lunch during our 5 island trip. We had done plenty of snorkelling already and had built up quite an appetite. The meal and service were excellent - the vegetarian risotto got very high praise from my vegetarian daughter and the fresh fish - scorpion fish - caught earlier that day was fabulous. Zori was not cheap - but it is where we had the best meal of our holiday

It was the best restaurant I have ever been to. The waiter was excellent, he knew everything about the meals and the wines too. The lunch was fast and more than delicious. We tried the tasting menus that were just amazing. The surrounding is very relaxing and eye-catching. I recommend it as much as I just can!

Our waiter Christian was superb. Looked after every aspect of our dinner. Suggested food, wine and dessert and dessert wines to finish. The views were amazing, food delicious, wines enjoyable and device fabulous. Thank you again Christian for a brilliant evening.

My husband, Will, and I had our wedding reception at Zori in June 2018. We decided to hold our wedding reception there after having been to Zori for lunches the previous two years running. The service, food, wine and of course the views have always been fantastic so we knew it would be a great place for a reception. Having said that, we were still blown away by how amazing the reception was on the day, as were our guests. There’s nothing quite like walking through the pine forest and popping out in to Zori with THAT view across the bay. Our guests were blown away by the beauty of it and then blown away again by our arrival across the bay in a speed boat. Even with a large number of guests to cater for Zori absolutely nailed it. The food was excellent (as we knew it would be). All our guests comment on how great the food was and how you would never get such good food at a wedding in England - which is true. In planning the reception Zrinka was an immense help. Always on hand to answer our questions and make sure we got all the personal touchers we wanted. She was a dream to work with. We are both still on a high from the wedding and enjoyed our reception so much, able to completely relax and soak it all in with our guests because we knew the team were sorting everything out and making sure everything ran smoothly. We can never thank them enough for what they did and look forward to many returns for lunch or dinner as husband and wife! X

FYI, this is a review of both the hotel AND the restaurant: My family of four had a wonderful, dream-like stay at Zori Timeless Resort in July. The villas are every bit as beautiful as they appear in the website photos, and the hotel feels similar to an Aman resort - very serene, very private. Zori’s family suite (Infinity) was booked for part of our visit, so we stayed in Eternity and Cloud instead. Both residences have lovely, shaded terraces perched just above the beautiful little cove on which Zori sits. Cloud’s rooftop pool is barely to believed - it is so indulgent to lounge by, or dip in the pool while overlooking the cove. I almost pitied the people “stuck” on all the luxury yachts moored in the cove, many of whom would come in at night to dine at the Zori restaurant - their accommodations seemed so cramped, so… un-peaceful!!! The staff at Zori is extraordinarily kind and attentive - Danijela patiently fielded my many questions in advance of our visit. Damir was our restaurant host for nearly every meal, helped with logistics and was also full of good advice and fun stories. The restaurant itself is incredible - a delicious and creative menu. It is a dining destination from Hvar with water taxis bringing people for lunch and dinner every day. We stayed at Zori for four nights and enjoyed every meal. My family wanted to be able to explore the other nearby islands and the coast of Hvar, so we rented a very small motorboat for three days (from Segorent, the same company that manages Zori's transfers to & from Hvar). We spent one day circumnavigating Palmizana (and eating at the Fisherman’s House), another exploring the island on which Carpe Diem Beach is located (where we dined at Mlini restaurant, located on a quieter cove), and zipping over to the coast of Hvar on our final day to eat at Notos. All restaurants were excellent, and it was a great way to check out the Pakleni island region. Overall, I just can’t say enough about Zori Timeless Resort - our visit there was truly wonderful, and we definitely hope to return soon!

We were looking for excellent dining, superb service in a delightful setting and we found it again at Zori's restaurant. Another memorable experience of dining as well at a stay at Villa Horizon An amazing setting mingled with the aromas of dishes from the fine dining menu on offer. Impeccable service with extensive knowledge and recommendations incorporated with a warm, friendly and caring service. To complete the dining experience, we were treated to unbelievable luxury and uniqueness during our first stay at one of the newly built private Villas at Zori's. Seeing is believing. Staying is a 'Must'. Luxury is unbeatable from the super king size bed with sumptuous bedding including the biggest pillows in the world to the hammock by the pool and the jacuzzi under the palm trees overlooking the sea. We left the doors from the bedroom and lounge to the outside dining and relaxation area open. We closed the voile curtains around our bed, sank into the sateen sheets and our experience was completed by falling asleep to the sound of the sea. It was an amazing night eating at Zori in Hvar. We stayed 3 nights with the boat and we spent 2 nights eating at Zori! Which already means a lot! The service was excellent, as well as the food. Great menu and really pretty restaurant! We will come back for sure

While sailing in Croatia we stayed at the ACI marina on the other side of the island and had a pleasant 10 minute walk to this restaurant for an early dinner. We were lucky enough to be looked after by Stipe who advised us on food choices and an excellent red wine. Many others have already described the beautiful setting, atmosphere and decor in the restaurant. It is stunning and we found the food very good. But for us the standout (and reason why we came back a few day later, changing our return sailing route to do so) was the wine list (quality and value for money) and service. Stipe was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic, four our second meal he chose all our drinks based on our food choices and we had the opportunity to try in total (over 2 meals) 7 different local wines. The standout of us were, from the reds, Pošip Grgić and Babić Gracin and for the whites: Malv Benvenuti ... I was also very keen on a grapa Berta TreSoliTre!

Our son and his new wife had their wedding reception here this August. The whole experience was just the best you could have. Our wedding party were so impressed with the quality of the service,food and wine and commented that it was one of the best weddings and location they had been to. The help with the organisation from the staff was first class. A perfect day.Our family stayed at the villa Irena in Hvar town which is mentioned on the Zori website, a superb villa which offered the same quality and friendliness of the Zori. Two perfect locations. Thanks to both locations for making this the most memorable wedding and holiday.

We stayed at the ACI Marina on SV Klementa. My guess Zori is a 15 minute boat ride from Hvar, but a 10 minute walk from the marina. The view is simply stunning. The beautiful afternoon morphed into a coolish evening. The Mali Pravac was significantly cheaper that what we paid in Split, so really wines are fair price. Food was also at a good price, service friendly. All in all if you have a chance make a booking. We ate and drank like kings 400 kuna each. Worth every penny.
