2. TAGLIATELLE WITH TRUFFLES

Everybody loves a good pasta dish and our guests just love this one. It is flavorsome, saucy and delicious to taste and smell. Its most important ingredient is truffle. Ancient Romans believed that the truffle was created when lightning struck damp earth. Known by the names black queen, diamond of cookery and black pearl the uniqueness of truffle will definitely tantalize your taste buds.

3. BEEF FILLET WITH GREEN PEPPER, GORGONZOLA OR PORCINI MUSHROOMS SAUCE AND GRILLED VEGETABLES

4. SLOWLY BRAISED BISON “PASTICADA” WITH GNOCCHI

Pasticada - a traditional Croatian dish that is usually prepared for celebrations and weddings. We have decided to give this dish a twist and prepare it with bison meat which we marinate and then slowly cook in a special sauce. Served with gnocchi this Croatian main course is for those who want to discover local flavours and try something different.

5. CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE 

What to say about chocolate souffle? Well, one thing is women can never get enough of it. This has been proven so many times in our restaurant. Made with quality Belgian chocolate and served with vanilla ice cream this dessert is a grand finale to a lunch or dinner.
