Iva Tomlinovic, is the third generation chef, and she, together with her husband Renato, have been running this family business for over 10 years. Before them, her mother & father ran the business for over 30 years, and before them, her father's uncle & his wife (ZOrko & RIta – that's where the name ZORI comes) were the first generation of the family to begin the Zori story on the Pakleni Islands, in 1947.

Iva oversees the cooking and runs the restaurant, whilst Renato goes to the market in Hvar at daybreak everyday to procure only the best and freshest local produce for the restaurant. As a restaurant manager for 15 years, Iva cultivated her creativity and satisfied the most demanding of guests from all over the world.
